I had the pleasure of dealing with Atesh from the flatman partnership in langley, who pulled out every stop to ensure that I get the house I wanted to rent. It was not sure because of my dog. But he spoke with the landlords and everything went fine. Everything went as smoothly and quickly as it was possible. I have used Flatmans to let my property for 7 years and have been happy with the service provided. They have made it easy for the landlord. There have been very few small issues with repairs, rent payments etc and in those cases, always sorted promptly. They have been quick to find tenants each time, leaving virtually no time vacant between tenants over the 7 years. Any repairs have been dealt with at reasonable cost and alternative quotes made available before the work carried out. Sad to have to end the relationship due to property sale. Thank you.
