Helen was very communicative and prompt when things shifted from letting to managed service. She was very quick to follow up issues with new tenants, discussing new arrangements with myself first before confirming with them. This is a good approach as it makes sure the agent is clear on landlord's requirements before negotiates anything with the tenant. This way she managed to resolve issues quickly and stress free.
Finally, Helen is very considerate and courteous at times. For example; due to my mobility issue she brought the contract paperwork in my car so I can sign it there.....THANK YOU HELEN !
Helen has been fantastic help so far. We had an issue with ongoing alarms in the house and Helen coordinated with myself and the landlord as best as she could. The issue still has not been fixed as the alarm is still missing (although I feel this issue lies more with the landlord). Other smaller issues which have been stated have not been resolved, I was told my room would have a double mattress, we were told the shower head in the main bathroom would be fitted to the wall and we were told a bedroom blind would be fixed. None of the above have yet been resolved despite the landlord being aware.
