Our busy and friendly team are looking for a Saturday Support Assistant and a Lettings Negotiator (or Trainee), in our two Langley offices (242 High Street and 10a Parlaunt Road).

Saturday Support Assistant
Hours: Saturday 9-5.
Duties: Answering the phone, dealing with walk-in enquiries, general administrative duties.
Skills Req'd: Smart, reliable, punctual, good telephone manner, good with people, excellent attention to detail. This role may suit a student or a mum/dad who is not free to work in the week.
Lettings Negotiator (or Trainee)
Hours: 5 days pw incl some Saturdays
Duties: Dealing with Landlords to gain instructions to let out and manage their properties. Dealing with Tenants who are looking for properties to rent, including showing them around the properties and tying up the rental agreement with them.
Skills Req'd: Smart, reliable, punctual, good telephone manner, good with people, interested in a sales role.
Whilst we will welcome the chance to meet candidates with experience, we will also consider a Trainee (and full training will be provided)
