St Vlas is a small community with a population in the region of 2,000. The beachside village nestles under the Starra Planina Mountain and is just 9 km from the world heritage site of Nessebar. The beaches along this stretch of the Mediterranean-like coast are some of the safest in Europe.

For those not familiar with Bulgaria, the climate is similar to Greece with average mid-summer day time temperatures approaching 30 degrees centigrade and around 11 hours of sunshine per day.

As Britains look to take advantage of the investment opportunities abroad many are now starting to take notice of the fantastic opportunities afforded within this fast growing probationary member of the European Community.

Property prices on the Black Sea Coast have grown up to 30% in the last year and with demand outstripping supply for tourist beds by some 15% per annum this trend looks set to continue. Rental yields are currently running at around 5% - 7% per annum.
