Tracy's career began 28 years ago in the Banking Sector from which she quickly moved into the Financial Services arena within Corporate Estate Agency. Since inception of the Flatman Partnership in 2005 she has specialised in her passion for New Homes sales and taken an important role in lettings and property management. Tracy is guardian of all things financial and a qualified member of ARLA.
Michael came straight into Estate Agency after successfully completing his 'A' Levels at Maiden Erlegh School 12 years ago. Michael is an enthusiastic team player both in the office as well as on the football field in his Flatman Partnership sponsored strip. With his sharp intellect and high levels of energy and fitness Michael is very much a driving force. He frontlines Sales and Lettings Valuations and Listings and takes principal responsibility for property maintenance.
Partner Nick Barker heads the team of sales and lettings at our Langley office. Nick has vast experience and in depth knowledge of the Langley and Slough property market having left Burnham Grammar school in 1982 to work as a trainee negotiator at a busy Slough town centre agency.

Alan began his career in Estate Agency in Reading 28 years ago and has had the benefit of working both within Independent and Corporate sectors. Alan’s career began in property sales and in 2003 he moved across to Lettings, based for a number of years in Central London. Loxwood Park Rangers have been playing in the Reading Sunday League for almost 25 years, and currently boast Partner Michael Flatman at the centre of defence. During their early years the club reached the final of the John Lusted Cup, and more recently claimed the Division Two East title. At that stage Loxwood had two teams with over 40 players signed on, and their future was assured when the club teamed up with talented U16 outfit Loddon Valley Rangers as their feeder team.
With manager Jason Harris and club treasurer Brian Smith working tirelessly behind the scenes, Loxwood Park Rangers are still one of most welcoming and well run clubs in the league. They have made a solid start to the season this year, and with the average age of their team now down in the mid 20s, the future looks bright.
